Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PURIFICAÇÃO DE HCG E HCG RECOMBINANTE PURIFICADA ATRAVÉS DESSE MÉTODO". Esta invenção refere-se a um processo para a purificação de Gonadotropina Coriônica humana recombinante (hCG) a partir de uma amostra de hCG recombinante bruta no sobrenadante de células CHO, método este que compreende o uso combinado de cromatografia de troca iônica e HPLC de fase inversa. A cromatografia de troca iônica é realizada duas vezes e o uso final de uma cromatografia de exclusão de tamanho permite a purificação de quaisquer traços residuais de contaminantes. A bioatividade específica da hCG altamente purificada obtida a partir do processo é particularmente alta, equivalendo a cerca de 25.000 IU/mg.
