Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA PEÇA METÁLICA ESMALTADA SEM OPERAÇÃO DE RETIRADA DE IMPUREZAS". Processo compreendendo: um tratamento de proteção contra a corrosão da chapa de partida com o auxílio de uma emulsão aquosa que compreende colóides à base de polímero acrílico e/ou metacrílico; uma etapa de aplicação de uma camada de composição líquida de esmaltagem que compreende um calcinamento de esmalte vitrificável; uma etapa de cozimento adaptada para fazer vitrificar esse calcinamento; caracterizado pelo fato de esse processo não comportar etapa de retirada de impurezas dessa superfície posteriormente ao tratamento de proteção. Vantagens: melhor aderência do esmalte, simplificação do processo.
