Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS". A presente invenção refere-se a combinações sinergísticas de um inibidor de esqualeno epoxidase tal como terbinafina e um macrolídeo imunomodulador ou imunossupressor de células T tal como 33-epicloro-33-desoxiascomicina, que são particularmente úteis no tratamento de doenças envolvendo uma infecção fúngica ou uma infecção fúngica duvidosa, para imunomodulação ou imunossupressão em condições nas quais colonização fúngica ou colonização fúngica duvidosa, por exemplo, da pele, desempenha uma papel, tal como dermatite atópica e dermatite seborréica, e em situações de resistência fúngica.
