Abstract
"PREPARAÇÃO DE FLAVONÓIDES MONOGLICOSIDADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de flavonóides monoglicosidados mediante hidrólise enzimática de rutinosídeos, em que a hidrólise enzimática é realizada usando uma enzima imobilizada em um suporte. Este processo pode evitar altos custos de enzima embora ao mesmo tempo em um grau alto de automação, combinado com altos rendimentos de espaço-tempo é alcançado.
