Derivados 3-il-indol de fórmula geral I onde A, B, X, R^ 1^,R^ 2^,R^ 3^,R^ 4^,R^ 5^,n e m são como definidos na reivindicação 1 e seus sais ou solvatos fisiologicamente aceitáveis são inibidores de integrina e podem ser empregados para o combate de tromboses, infarto cardíaco, doenças cardíacas coronárias, arteriosclerose, inflamações, artrite reumática, doença macular degenerativa, retinopatia diabética, infecções e restenose após angioplastia ou em processos patológicos mantidos ou propagados por angiogênese.
