Abstract

"MOLÉCULAS ATIVADORAS DE APC COM LIGAÇÃO PARA CD-40". A presente invenção refere-se a moléculas agonistas anti-CD40, incluindo anticorpos monocionais, que podem se ligar e estimular células que apresentam antígeno humano profissional e não-profissional ("APCs"), aumentar o efeito estimulatório de células positivas CD40L em CD40 e ou induzir a maturação fenotípica de células dendríticas derivadas de monócitos. São fornecidos diversos anticorpos monocionais e as linhagens celulares produtoras dos mesmos foram depositadas na American Type Culture Collection.
