Abstract
"ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO VISCOELÁSTICAS". Espumas viscoelásticas e um processo para fazê-las são divulgados. As espumas são produzidas com uma mistura reativa de isocianato exclusiva que inclui um poliol de peso equivalente baixo e de cerca de 15 a cerca de 70 % em peso de um monol de poliéster ou polioxialquileno tendo um peso equivalente médio total maior que cerca de 1000. O monol é a chave para formular excelentes espumas viscoelásticas em uma faixa ampla de condições de processamento e índices de isocianato. Um monol "reativo" dá espumas viscoelásticas com base em TDI com "tato" melhorado e níveis reduzidos de toluenodiaminas residuais.
