"PROCESSOS PARA MEDIR UM ANALITO NO CORPO DE UM INDIVÍDUO, PARA EXTRAIR FLUIDO EXTRACELULAR ATRAVÉS DA PELE DE UM INDIVÍDUO E PARA DETECTAR A PRESENÇA DE UM ANALITO NO CORPO DE UM INDIVÍDUO". A presente invenção apresenta um processo para extração transdérmica e medição de analitos no corpo de um indivíduo, compreendendo as etapas de permear a pele mediante eletroporação na presença de lipossomas contendo lipídeos negativamente carregados, e extrair o fluido extracelular através da pele permeabilizada mediante o uso de sucção. Os analitos podem ser quantificados no fluido extracelular extraído.
