A presente invenção refere-se a aminas aromáticas de fórmula geral (I) e ao uso destas aminas para o tratamento de obesidade, anorexia, inflamação, distúrbios mentais, e outras doenças associadas com os receptores de melanocortina ou sistemas relacionados, por exemplo os hormônios estimulando melanócitos.
