Abstract
"ENVIDRAÇAMENTO PROVIDO COM UM CIRCUITO ELÉTRICO E MÉTODO PARA SUA PRODUÇÃO". Um envidraçamento (1) provido com um circuito elétrico (2) incluindo um substrato eletricamente condutor (4) e um terminal (5, 30) para produzir uma conexão elétrica ao mesmo. O terminal é fixado ao envidraçamento por um adesivo (8) ao invés de somente por solda (21), e a conexão elétrica entre o terminal e o substrato é provida por meios outros que, ou adicionalmente a, contato físico entre o terminal e o substrato. Por exemplo, o adesivo pode ser eletricamente condutor, ou uma junta soldada pode ser adicionalmente provida se o adesivo é eletricamente isolante, ou de condutividade insuficiente para o tipo de circuito em questão. O adesivo pode ser pré-aplicado ao terminal, e pode ser um adesivo livre de aderência ativado ou curado por calor. O terminal pode estar em duas partes (6, 7), com a parte base (6) sendo de um projeto padronizado. O envidraçamento é adequado para uso em construções, equipamentos ou veículos, especialmente veículos automotivos.
