Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS DE DROGAS ANTI-TUBERCULOSAS E PROCESSO PARA AS SUAS PREPARAÇÕES". Uma composição farmacêutica de drogas anti-tuberculosas para uso oral compreendendo Rifampicina e/ou Isoniazida onde a biodisponibilidade de Rifampicina e /ou outras drogas é acentuada. Preferivelmente a biodisponibilidade de Rifampicina é acentuada prevenindo degradação causada por presença de Isoniazida. Rifampicina e/ou Isoniazida podem estar presentes em forma de liberação retardada e/ou liberação estendida tal que quantidade mínima da droga seja dissolvida entre pH 1 e 4, preferivelmente liberação retardada de Rifampicina e/ou Isoniazida é alcançada tratando as drogas com polímeros sensíveis a pH.
