Abstract
"PARTÍCULAS CONTENDO INGREDIENTE ATIVO". Partículas com textura disfarçada e comprimidos mastigáveis feitos a partir das mesmas são descritos. As partículas com textura disfarçada são compreendidas de um núcleo contendo um ingrediente ativo, uma primeira camada de revestimento opcional compreendida de um agente para disfarce do sabor que cobre substancialmente o núcleo; e uma segunda camada de revestimento, a qual pode opcionalmente cobrir substancialmente a primeira camada de revestimento ou o núcleo, compreendida de um polímero de formação de película e um agente antigranulação. As partículas podem ser produzidas na forma de um comprimido, tal como uma forma de comprimido mastigável, que proporciona a liberação imediata do ingrediente ativo.
