Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO EXTRUSADA A FRIO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DA MESMA, APARELHO COMPOSTO DE UM TAMBOR DE CONGELADOR, E, USO DE UM APARELHO". A invenção atual fornece uma composição extrusada a frio com pelo menos 90% de crescimento, onde a referida composição é composta de uma fase de gordura que tem uma relação elevada de gordura líquida para gordura sólida na temperatura de processamento. A invenção atual também se refere a um processo para a produção de tais composições onde uma mistura é aerada em um volume interno de um tambor de um congelador com um meio de aeração, que tem um baixo deslocamento do referido volume interno, antes da extrusão a frio.
