Uma segunda camada fibrosa 41 formando um núcleo absorvente a líquido 13 e uma terceira camada fibrosa 42 é contígua à superfície inferior da segunda camada fibrosa 41. O artigo do vestuário 1 é construído de modo que sua absorvência Klemm à água possa progressivamente aumentar para que a primeira camada fibrosa 13, e a segunda camada fibrosa 41 e a terceira camada fibrosa 42.
