"SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO, LOCALIZAÇÃO E RASTREIO DE CARGAS PERIGOSAS OU SENSÍVEIS". Com a localização do móvel obtida mediante auxílio de posicionamento Gps e a transformação das informações para a base de operação feita via rádio VHF OU UHF, celular ou satélite, sendo composto de dois segmentos complementares, sendo o primeiro, voltado mais especificamente para o gerenciamento das condições de transporte e de acompanhamento da carga e um segundo sistema, voltado para a localização e o rastreio da carga, sendo o sistema subdividido em quatro partes principais, sendo: a unidade veicular central, os terminais móveis, o centro de operação e controle, e a unidade móvel de localização.
