Abstract
"SISTEMA DE LIBERAÇÃO TRANSDÉRMICA DE DROGAS BASEADO EM SOLUÇÃO". Um sistema de liberação transdérmica eficiente para liberação de um princípio-ativo para a corrente sangüínea de um organismo vivo, compreendendo um vasodilatador, um princípio-ativo e um facilitador da permeabilidade para o princípio-ativo. Os componentes dessa mistura são combinados para que sejam dissolvidos na solução, eliminando a necessidade de um agente de ligação polimérico e conseqüentemente reduzindo o peso molecular total da mistura e aumentando a penetração e eficiência da liberação das moléculas da droga ativa.
