Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA SUPORTAR MONTAGENS DE ROTOR DURANTE DESEQUILÍBRIOS". Uma montagem de rotor (40) para um motor de turbina a gás (10) inclui uma montagem de mancal (46) que reduz as cargas dinâmicas em uma armação de suporte (44) e flexão estática na montagem de rotor durante períodos de desequilíbrio de rotor. A montagem de rotor inclui um eixo de rotor (42) acoplado em um ventilador (12) e suportada longitudinalmente com uma pluralidade de mancais em uma armação de suporte. Uma montagem de mancal número dois inclui um sulco emparelhado (50), um mancal (48), e um sulco de montagem (102). O sulco de montagem inclui uma face esférica e é preso na montagem de mancal com um retentor (104) que falha plasticamente a uma carga de momento predeterminada.
