Refere-se o presente invento a um processo de industrialização um processo de industrialização de uma bucha para higiene pessoal dupla face constituída por sua bucha vegetal (1) e uma espuma industrial (2) devidamente especialmente fabricada para essa finalidade com técnica, design e praticidade funcional singular, sendo que as duas partes são unidas através de um tecido resistente (3) devidamente costurado em viés ou em overloque, em toda a borda da bucha vegetal, e posteriormente colada (4) na espuma especial, com material altamente resistente.
