É compreendido por uma, ou várias bombas de sucção de grande potência, e de vários tubos para retornar parte das águas que já passaram pelas turbinas, para dentro do reservatório, a bomba de grande potência (5) ficará fixada em cima da barragem (2) com a tubulação (6) sugando parte das águas que já passaram pelas turbinas (7) retornando-as para dentro do reservatório (1) para manter o nível das águas do reservatório no normal, em qualquer época do ano, mesmo com pouca chuva; evitando assim, o racionamento de energia elétrica não só no brasil, como em qualquer país do globo terrestre.
