Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS E APARELHO PARA FORNECER FLUXO DE AR DE RESFRIAMENTO EM MOTORES DE TURBINA". A invenção refere-se a uma montagem de rotor de motor de turbina a gás (42) que inclui uma pluralidade de dispositivos aerodinâmicos (66) para direcionar o fluxo de ar (70) radialmente para dentro. A montagem de rotor de motor de turbina a gás inclui um eixo do rotor (44) que inclui uma pluralidade de aberturas (52). Os dispositivos aerodinâmicos incluem um par de segmentos de palheta (142) e um par de paredes laterais (142). Uma superfície externa contornada (132) inclui uma abertura (74) e permite que o dispositivo aerodinâmico seja posicionado contra uma superfície interna (50) do eixo do rotor, e um anel de flange (60, 64) define um bolso (65). O dispositivo aerodinâmico encaixa dentro do bolso para alinhar concentricamente as aberturas.
