Patente de Invenção: "TRANSCRIÇÃO REVERSA A ALTAS TEMPERATURAS USANDO POLIMERASES DE DNA MUTANTES". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de transcrição reversa aperfeiçoados que utilizam uma polimerase de DNA termostável modificada, particularmente em um tampão de íon de magnésio. Esses métodos são particularmente úteis em reações de transcrição reversa/amplificação combinadas.
