Esta invenção relaciona-se com as áreas de Microbiologia, Fitopatologia, Patologia Florestal, Silvicultura, Silvicultura Clonal, Engenharia Florestal, Biotecnologia e Fisiologia Vegetal. O objetivo técnico da invenção consiste no uso de rizobactérias pertencentes a espécies dos gêneros Bacillus, Frateuria, Pseudomonas e Stenotrophomonas para a produção comercial ou de interesse científico de mudas de Eucalyptus e outras espécies arbóreas florestais ou agronômicas, tais como: café, cacao, goiabeira, acácia e pinus, dentre outras, a partir de estacas, miniestacas ou microestacas.
