Dispositivo mecânico auto expansível, em forma de um tronco de cilindro, composto por uma estrutura(2) metálica aramada, fabricada de material biocompatível, recoberto por tecido(1) de polímero igualmente biocompatível, com as gaiolas(5)(6) das extremidades formadas por arame de diâmetro maior que o arame usado na fabricação das gaiolas intermediárias e uma destas gaiolas(5) extremas, não ser coberta pelo tecido(1).
