"DERIVADOS DE BENZIMIDAZOL ANTI-ÚLCERA ESTÁVEIS ÁCIDOS PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO ORAL". Que são baseados em polímeros. O processo de preparação compreende a condensação de um benzimidazol com um polímero reticulado sintético biocompatível parcialmente biodegradável por via oral em meio aquoso a 5 até 80 C e pH 4 a 11 sob atmosfera inerte. O percentual em peso de benzimidazol com relação ao benzimidazol polimérico é de 1 a 50. A mistura de reação é resfriada e o produto é isolado e seco a 25 até 45 C. Também é fornecida uma formulação dos benzimidazóis poliméricos em combinação com excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis.
