Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA TRANSFORMAR TECIDO DE EXPLANTE DE PLANTA, PLANTA, SEMENTE, MÉTODO PARA IDENTIFICAR UM AGENTE QUE ACENTUA TRANSFORMAÇÃO, AGENTE, MÉTODO PARA A TRANSFORMAÇÃO ESTÁVEL DE TECIDO OU CÉLULAS DE PLANTA, E, MEIO DE PLANTA". A invenção proporciona um método para acentuar transformação, mediada por Agrobacterium, de células, partes ou tecidos de plantas, acentuando desta forma a produção de plantas transgênicas.
