Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE POLIPEPTÍDEO COM ESTABILIDADE APERFEIÇOADA". A presente invenção provê meios para melhorar a estabilidade química de composições farmacêuticas aquosas, parenterais, compreendendo um polipeptídeo e glicerina. Aldeídos reativos são identificados em glicerinas comerciais, e meios para a redução de tais são providos. Meios convencionais são providos para avaliar os aldeídos reativos na glicerina, e uma forte correlação linear entre o nível de aldeídos reativos na glicerina e estabilidade química das composições compreendendo um polipeptídeo e glicerina é mostrada. A invenção inclui composições aquosas compreendendo um polipeptídeo e glicerina tendo estabilidade química aperfeiçoada comparadas com as composições anteriormente conhecidas.
