Abstract
"COMPOSTOS E MÉTODOS PARA TRATAMENTO E DIAGNÓSTICO DE INFECÇÃO CLAMIDIAL". São revelados compostos e métodos para o diagnóstico e tratamento de infecção Clamidial. Os compostos fornecidos incluem polipeptídeos que contêm pelo menos uma porção antigênica de um antígeno de Clamídia e seqüências de DNA codificando tais polipeptídeos. Composições farmacêuticas e vacinas compreendendo tais polipeptídeos ou seqüências de DNA também são fornecidas, juntamente com anticorpos dirigidos contra tais polipeptídeos. Kits de diagnóstico contendo tais polipeptídeos ou seqüências de DNA e um reagente de detecção adequado podem ser utilizados para a detecção de infecção Clamidial em pacientes e em amostras biológicas.
