Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO EFERVESCENTE ANTAGONISTA H~ 2~ DA HISTAMINA". Um antagonista H~ 2~ da histamina incompatível com materiais ácidos é incorporado em uma composição efervescente e é estável nela contanto que o acidulante empregado no par efervescente seja um acidulante contendo um grupo não-hidroxila e tal acidulante seja empregado como substancialmente a quantidade completa de acidulante presente na formulação. Preferivelmente, a composição é desprovida de acidulante contendo grupo hidroxila. O ácido adípico, ácido succínico, ácido fumárico e o anidrido succínico podem ser empregados como o acidulante. O ácido adípico é o preferido.
