Abstract
"FORMULAÇÃO DE SOLUÇÃO AQUOSA DE ALFA-INTERFERON". A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação de solução aquosa que pode reter a atividade biológica e propriedades fisicoquímicas de -interferon durante um longo período. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação de solução aquosa de -interferon compreendendo -interferon; um estabilizador; um agente de regulação de pressão osmótica; conservantes antimicrobianos selecionados do grupo consistindo em fenol, m-cresol ou mistura destes; e um sistema tampão. A formulação de solução aquosa da presente invenção tem muitas vantagens porque ela retém a atividade de -interferon durante um longo período, elimina a nocividade potencial para o corpo humano minimizando a quantidade dos conservantes, e é muito estável.
