A invenção refere-se a um instrumento portátil (1) tendo uma parte ativa (15) vibrando em uma freqüência de pelo menos 20 kHz com uma amplitude de pelo menos 10 m e até 100 m, caracterizado pelo fato de que o instrumento (1) tem pelo menos duas configurações, uma primeira configuração onde a parte ativa (15) é dura, e uma segunda configuração onde a parte ativa (15) não é dura.
