Abstract
"POLICICLOALQUILPURINAS COMO ANTAGONISTAS DOS RECEPTORES PARA ADENOSINA". A invenção é baseada na descoberta de que os compostos de Fórmula (1) são inibidores inesperada e altamente potentes e seletivos do receptor A~ 1~ para adenosina. Os antagonistas do A~ 1~ para adenosina podem ser úteis na prevenção e/ou no tratamento de diversas doenças, incluindo os distúrbios cardíacos e circulatórios, os distúrbios degenerativos do sistema nervoso central, os distúrbios respiratórios, e muitas doenças para as quais á adequado o tratamento diurético. Em uma modalidade, a invenção caracteriza um composto de fórmula (1).
