Abstract
"MOLÉCULA/SEQUÊNCIA DE DNA, PROTEÍNA E SEQUÊNCIA POLINUCLEOTÍDEA ISOLADAS, VETOR, CÉLULA DE PLANTA TRANSFORMADA, PLANTA TRANSGÊNICA E MÉTODOS DE MODULAÇÃO DE DIVISÃO CELULAR DE PLANTA E DE ISOLAMENTO DE UM GENE REVOLUTA". A presente invenção proporciona composições e métodos de modulação da divisão celular em plantas. Em particular, a presente invenção proporciona polinucleotídeos que codificam REVOLUTA. Além disso, são providos vetores e plantas transformadas em que a divisão celular da planta é modulada por expressão de um transgene REVOLUTA em comparação com uma população de controle de plantas não transformadas. A presente invenção também proporciona métodos de isolamento e identificação de genes REVOLUTA a partir de plantas superiores.
