Abstract
"SUBSTRATO COMPREENDENDO UM SISTEMA DE CAMADA DE BARREIRA DE DIFUSÃO RESISTENTE À ABRASÃO". A invenção refere-se a um substrato que tem um sistema de camada de barreira de difusão resistente à abrasão que compreende uma camada base dura compreendendo uma composição de revestimento com base em compostos que são termicamente ou fotoquimicamente polimerizáveis ou curáveis para formar um polímero, e um revestimento de topo nanoestruturado obtenível pela aplicação de uma composição em escala nano compreendendo partículas sol e/ou partículas sólidas ao revestimento base , ainda contendo grupos de superfície reativos, e então executando o tratamento térmico ou a cura. O sistema de revestimento tem como característica uma boa resistência à abrasão e efeito de barreira de difusão. É particularmente adequado como revestimento protetor para substratos plásticos.
