"SISTEMA DE PRODUÇÃO DE PROTEÍNA". A invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir uma proteína de interesse, compreendendo transformar um inseto com um sistema de expressão não-viral capaz de expressar a proteína de interesse nas larvas do inseto; procriar o inseto para produzir larvas; cultivar as larvas; e isolar a proteina de interesse das larvas. A transformação é vantajosamente desenvolvida por meio de um vetor transposon.
