Abstract
"MÉTODOS PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA MOLÉCULA ALVO EM UM ANIMAL TRANSGÊNICO E PURIFICAÇÃO DA MOLÉCULA ALVO". A invenção proporciona sistemas e métodos para a produção e purificação de polipeptídios alvo presentes em sistemas biológicos. Os sistemas e métodos de acordo com a invenção utilizam a expressão transgênica de polipeptídios de ligação multivalente coo meios de afinidade, para a purificação de tais moléculas alvo. Os polipeptídios de ligação multivalente transgênicos se ligam tanto as moléculas alvo, como por exemplo um epitopo ligável de uma molécula alvo, como a uma matriz.
