Abstract
"SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA MODIFICAÇÃO BASEADA EM VETOR PERSISTENTE DE TAXAS CONVENCIONAIS". Quando uma fonte de capacidade limitada é compartilhada por vários usuários, é possível para as taxas convencionais dos usuários exceder a capacidade da fonte, causando assim uma condição de sobrecarga. Em um sistema ou método de acordo com a modalidade da invenção, pelo menos alguns dos usuários têm um conjunto de vetores persistentes. Quando uma condição de sobrecarga é detectada, a taxa convencional de pelo menos um destes usuários é alterada, pelo menos em parte de acordo com o conjunto de vetores persistentes do usuário.
