Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE PASTAS DE METAL SEMI-SÓLIDAS E COMPONENTES CONFORMADOS". Processo e aparelho para conversão da liga líquida em seu estado tixotrópico e para fabricação de componentes de alta integridade, por injeção subsequente da liga tixotrópica dentro de uma cavidade de matriz (51). O aparelho inclui um alimentador de metal líquido (20) , um extrusor de fuso duplo de cisalhamento alto (3), um conjunto de disparo (40) e um sistema de controle central. O aparelho e processo podem oferecer componentes conformados puros, caracterizados por porosidade próxima a zero, partículas finas e possuindo distâncias de eixo iguais com uma distribuição uniforme na matriz eutética e uma ampla faixa de frações de volume sólido.
