Abstract
"SUBSTRATO TRANSPARENTE DOTADO DE UM EMPILHAMENTO DE CAMADAS FINAS QUE AGE SOBRE A RADIAÇÃO SOLAR, VIDRAÇA MONOLÍTICA OU VIDRAÇA DUPLA INCORPORANDO O SUBSTRATO E PAINEL DE ADORNO DE FACHADA". A invenção tem por objetivo um substrato transparente dotado de um empilhamento de camadas finas que agem sobre a radiação solar. O empilhamento compreende uma camada funcional de metal ( Nb, Ta, Zr ) ou de nitreto deste metal e uma sobrecamada de nitreto ou de oxinitreto de alumínio e/ou de nitreto ou de oxinitreto de silício.
