Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA INTRODUÇÃO DE POROS EM MATERIAIS BIOLÓGICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para geração de poros em um material biológico tal como um célula ou tecido em uma amostra. O dispositivo utiliza um campo magnético alternado que aumenta a energia cinética ou térmica das partículas magnéticas presentes na amostra. As partículas magnéticas geram então poros na membrana que envolve a bioestrutura. Subseqüentemente, os poros podem ser empregados para introdução das partículas na bioestrutura. Em modalidades preferidas, o dispositivo se encontra equipado com um controle de temperatura.
