Abstract
"COMPOSTO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, USO DE UM COMPOSTO". São descritos um composto de fórmula ( I ): em que: n é 1 ou 2; R^ 1^ é cloro, flúor, bromo, metila ou metóxi; R^ 2^ é como definido dentro; R^ 3^ é como definido dentro; e R^ 4^ é hidrogênio ou flúor; ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável ou um seu éster hidrolisável in vivo. O uso dos compostos de fórmula ( I ) na produção de A elevação da atividade da PDH em um animal de sangue quente, tal como um ser humano, é também descrito. Composições farmacêuticas, métodos e processos para A preparação dos compostos de fórmula ( I ) são detalhados.
