"MOLDE COMPÓSITO PARA ESCOVA, E, PROCESSO PARA FORMAR UMA ESCOVA". O molde de escova compósito inclui a) um componente metálico 12 que inclui padrão de furos que se estendem a partir de uma primeira superfície do componente metálico até uma segunda superfície do componente metálico, os furos 20 sendo configurados para acomodar tufos que incluem no mínimo uma cerda e, b) um componente plástico 14 que inclui um padrão de dedos 32 que corresponde ao padrão de furos, os dedos se estendendo no interior dos furos para formar paredes extremas.
