Uma composição farmacêutica, cuja composição compreende uma quantidade eficaz, não tóxica, de um composto de fórmula (I), ou uma sua forma tautomérica e/ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, e/ou um seu solvato farmaceuticamente aceitável, onde: A^ 1^ representa OH ou -OSO~ 2~OH; R^ 1^ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila C~ 1-6~; e R^ 2^ e R^ 3^ cada um representa hidrogênio ou R^ 2^ e R^ 3^ juntos representam uma ligação; e um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável para isso; alguns novos compostos usados em tal composição e o uso de tais compostos e da composição em medicina.
