Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ESTEIRA OU CHAPA DE AÇO COM RESISTÊNCIA MELHORADA E PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO". A invenção refere-se a uma esteira ou chapa de aço de resistência melhorada, a qual apresenta uma estrutura principalmente ferríticamartensítica, na qual a fração de martensita importa entre 4 e 20%, sendo que a esteira ou chapa de aço além de Fe. e impurezas condicionadas pelo derretimento (em %, em peso), contém 0,05 - 0,2 % de C, 1,0% de Si, 0,8 -2,0% de Mn, 0,1% de P, 0,015% de S, 0,02 - 0,4% de AI, 0,005% de N, 0,25 - 1,0 % de Cr, 0,002 - 0,01% de B. De preferência, a fração de martensita importa em aproximadamente 5% até 20% da estrutura principalmente martensítica-ferrítica. Uma tal esteira ou chapa de aço de resistência melhorada preparada a partir de um aço de fase dupla possui também após a passagem de um processo de recozimento sob inclusão de um tratamento de superenvelhecimento boas propriedades mecânicas-tecnológicas. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma esteira ou chapa de aço de acordo com a invenção.
