Patente de Invenção: "OPERON DE LACTOSE DE LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUECKII E USO DO MESMO PARA CONTROLAR A TRANSCRIÇÃO E/OU EXPRESSÃO DE GENE EM CÉLULAS BACTERIANAS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma seqüência de DNA adequada para transcrição e/ou expressão controladas de uma variedade de diferentes genes em bactérias, preferivelmente em bactérias gram positivas. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se a uma seqüência de DNA que compreende o promotor e o gene que codifica para o repressor lac do operon lac de Lactobacilius deibrueckii com uma seqüência de DNA que codifica para um produto de gene de interesse que está disposto entre os mesmos.
