Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO ANTIBACTERIANA E MÉTODO PARA CONTROLE DE BACTÉRIAS GRAM-POSITIVAS PARA APLICAÇÃO EM ALIMENTOS". Uma composição antibacteriana que compreende: (a) um primeiro componente incluindo pelo menos um composto bactericida ou bacteriostático gram-positivo selecionado do grupo que consiste em: lantibióticos, pediocina e bacteriocinas da classe lactocinas, e enzimas líticas; e (b) um segundo componente incluindo pelo menos um composto selecionado do grupo que consiste em ácidos de lúpulo, derivados de ácidos de lúpulo, resinas de lúpulo e derivados de resina de lúpulo; e o método de aplicação de tal composição às superfícies de alimentos sólidos.
