Preparados que se decompõem rapidamente contendo pelo menos uma substância ativa farmacêutica e pelo menos uma substância auxiliar podem ser obtidos por um processo simples, pelo qual pelo menos uma parte principal da massa total das substâncias constitutivas é granulada para o preparado a ser produzido, o granulado obtido e eventualmente o restante das substâncias constitutivas são moldados na presença de líquido quase sem pressão e os corpos moldados obtidos são secados.
