"DITIEPINO[6,5-b]PIRIDINAS E COMPOSIÇÕES E MÉTODOS RELACIONADOS". Esta invenção fornece novas ditiepino[6,5-b]piridinas de fórmulas (I) e (II). Estes compostos são comuns como antagonistas de canal de cálcio com atividade cardiovascular, antiasmática e antibroncoconstrição. Então, esta invenção também fornece composições farmacêuticas, bem como, métodos para prevenção e tratamento de desordens tais como hipersensividade, alergia, asma, broncoespasmo, dismenorréia, espasmo esofageal, glaucoma, trabalho de parto prematuro, desordem de trato urinário, desordens de motilidade gastrintestinal e disordens cardiovasculares.
