Abstract
"COMPOSTOS INIBIDORES DE VLA-4". São revelados compostos que inibem seletivamente a ligação de ligandos à integrina 4 1 (VLA-4) e métodos para sua preparação. Em uma modalidade, compostos da invenção são representados pela fórmula (1). Como inibidores seletivos de adesão de células mediada por VLA-4, os compostos da presente invenção são úteis no tratamento de condições associadas a tal adesão, incluindo, porém não limitados a, condições como respostas auto-imunes e inflamatórias, diabetes, asma, psoríase, doença inflamatória do intestino, rejeição de transplante e metástase de tumor. São também revelados métodos de inibir adesão de células mediada por VLA- 4 e métodos de tratar condições associadas à adesão de células mediada por LA-4.
