Abstract
"SISTEMA E MÉTODOS DE REVESTIMENTO PARA APLICAÇÃO A UNIDADES DE DOSAGEM FARMACÊUTICA SÓLIDAS E COMPOSIÇÃO". A presente invenção provê um sistema de revestimento para unidades de dosagem farmacêutica sólidas, tais como tabletes. O sistema de revestimento compreendendo (a) uma subcamada; (b) uma camada colorida opcional; e (c) uma camada de polimento. Em uma configuração preferida, a presente invenção provê (a) uma subcamada compreendendo (i) hidroxipropil metilcelulose ( HPMC ) e (ii) um (ii ) um polissacarídeo; (b) uma camada colorida compreendendo (i) um corante e (ii) um polissacarídeo que pode ser igual ou diferente do polissacarídeo da subcamada, e (c) uma camada de polimento compreendendo (i) um polietileno glicol e, opcionalmente, (ii) uma cera. Também divulgado é um método para prover brilho a uma unidade de dosagem farmacêutica sólida revestida revestindo um núcleo farmacêutico com a camada de polimento mencionada anteriormente.
