Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO DE POLIOL, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXÍVEL". A invenção refere-se a uma composição de poliol compreendendo em peso 60-97% de b1) um polioxietileno-polioxipropileno poliol, possuindo uma funcionalidade de 2-6 com 10-25% de OE de extremidade; 3-40% de b2) um polioxietileno-polioxipropileno poliol, possuindo uma funcionalidade de 2-6 com 20-50% de OE total e 10-20% de OE de extremidade; e b3) um poliol, possuindo uma funcionalidade de 2-6, com pelo menos 50% de OE aleatório. A invenção também se refere a um processo para a preparação de uma espuma de poliuretano flexível pela reação de a) uma composição de poliisocianato; b) uma composição de poliol da invenção; c) água; e d) aditivos e auxiliares per se conhecidos. A invenção finalmente refere-se a um sistema de reação compreendendo A) um poliisocianato e B) um componente reativo a isocianato compreendendo o poliol da invenção.
